Data will only be passed to third parties with your prior knowledge and consent. All data collected is held on secure servers and subject to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. You are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of such data and must have the authority to disclose it to us and to authorise us to utilise it.
When you visit and navigate Cloud 9 Claims* we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide us with that information voluntarily. We will only collect personal data as provided to us during the completion of our “on-line questionnaire”. By “personal information” we mean data that is unique to an individual, such as a name, address, contact details, mortgage particulars etc.
Cloud 9 Claims* uses cookies on it’s website. A cookie is a text file that identifies your computer to our server. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used – Cookies are not used to collect any personal information. Cloud 9 Claims* will provide you with a legible copy of the personal information it holds and to which you are entitled. Cloud 9 Claims* will always require proof of your identity before supplying the information and may ask you for further information to assist in locating your personal information. Cloud 9 Claims* are legally obliged to make a charge for this service, the current rate is £30.00 per request (payable in advance).
