We are often able to offer this service free of charge but this depends heavily on the type of mortgage you have and/or if you have the files from all parties involved in the transaction. Our charge for running Mis-sold Mortgage cases where we are unable to offer a free service has been set at £100 + VAT. This covers the cost of the audit and administration costs incurred when retrieving the documents and files.
